Real World Globes

This job is designed and molded as eight wedges which match exactly into an 18” sphere when taped together. Printed maps with Dry Erase lamination are applied onto the smooth molded surface, variation of assembled sphere size is not acceptable. Molding process control is important. Smooth molded surface and solid material fusion is very important, for easy globe map application and assembled strength. Finished globes are lightweight and durable for multiple years of learning by handling.
