ETO sterilizable package for blood oxygenator, used in Cardiac surgery. Silhouette of product engraved on package surface seen on left. Lower photo shows molded foam top and bottom caps which replaced charcoal urethane top and blue thermoform bottom pads. Note blue thermoform bending from weight of heat exchanger, this lead to damage to the fitting at bottom, seen with red cap. Before and after pictures of treatment set for men’s thinning hair regimen. Previous chipboard tray and individual printed cartons where replaced with molded tray which fit into printed chipboard sleeve, saving assembly labor. Stackable tray for automobile airbag igniters. This replaced chipboard divider tray shown in foreground, reducing set up labor.

ETO sterilizable high density, smooth surface polystyrene foam provided good drop test protection.

Dual use pack replaces RONDOtm tray for seven large ampules (seen on right) or six smaller ampules. Tempo color molding replaced cut urethane material (left part) improving durability for public catering and display. Stock packages for digital light projection systems and color wheel optic subassemblies allow significant cost savings.
